°Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï at the Samoan Nazarene National Conference

The 2019 Samoan Nazarene National Conference was held this past week, July 11-14, in Payallup, Washington. Dr. David Church, °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï Vice President for Enrollment Management, was able to attend along with 500+ Samoans. Samoan culture was evident in the worship and the traditional dress worn.

Washington Pacific District Superintendent, Rev. Jerry Kester, was the special speaker opening night. °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï Alumni, Rev. Ritchie Asuega, was the evening preacher, Friday night. National Samoan Coordinator for USA/Canada, Rev. Taulima Oge, was the special speaker Saturday night. During the conference there were workshops, and youth and children’s ministries. There was a youth night, as well as a children’s program during Saturday’s worship service. The closing special speaker was Rev. Talomua Mona and the closing prayer was prayed by Tatalo Faamanuia.

°Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï is happy with its long history of having Samoan students and graduates.
