Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention
In compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1989 and Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Amendment of 1989, °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï clearly prohibits the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of drugs, alcohol, and unlawful substances by students and employees on campus property or as any part of campus activities.
In adherence with federal regulation °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï maintains a Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy, distributes an Alcohol and Other Drugs Notification on an annual basis and conducts a Biennial Review of °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï’s Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Programming.
